We know this brand needs no introduction so we’ll get right to the good part: Glossier has officially made its Canadian debut! You can finally shop their cult-loved collection of products, including the popular Cloud Paint Gel Cream Blush and pink pepper-scented Glossier You fragrance, exclusively at Sephora.ca and in select stores across the country. We have a feeling this big news means some of your faves may sell out soon, so keep calm and shop on.
Whitney Peak becomes the worldwide face of Coco Mademoiselle
Uganda-born, Canada-raised actor Whitney Peak has been announced as the new global spokesmodel for Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle fragrance, with campaigns rolling out beginning next month. An existing Chanel muse via the Chanel 22 bag (Peak previously starred in a handbag campaign alongside Lily-Rose Depp and Margaret Qualley), this beauty move makes the 20-year-old star of the Gossip Girl reboot and Hocus Pocus 2 the first Black face of a Chanel scent. Cue: happy dance.

It won’t be long now until we’re tackling our spring cleaning, and nothing freshens up a space like a new fragrance. The Sichuan Pepper scent is a unique balance of fresh citrus and spicy notes, available in both the brand’s signature Tomato candle and a decorative diffuser options.
Dove’s refillable deodorant drops in Canada

The world of deodorant is surprisingly complex and full of decisions to be made. Scented or unscented? Spray or roll on? To put our indecisive minds at ease, Dove has released a new sustainable option for repurchasing a deodorant. New to Canada, the brand’s refillable deodorants are made with an aluminum-free formula and come stocked with two refills stored in a minimalist case that slides into any purse for easy on-the-go use. Plus, they’re made of 96 per cent recycled plastic. This new launch sets Dove on the right track to reaching their goal of using no virgin plastics, and instead selling products that are made from 100 per cent post-consumer recycled plastics or can be reused or refilled exclusively by 2025.

With a background in marketing and organic skincare formulation, founder Michelle Notter funnelled her expertise into the creation of a natural, non-toxic skincare brand made to elevate skin health. On that note, we gladly welcome the arrival of her Ottawa-based brand Motter to the Canadian beauty market. Along with the brand’s launch come two products you’ll want to try. For a spa-like skincare experience, test the brands cleansing balm made with 80 per cent antioxidant-rich botanical oils that can break down water proof-makeup, and follow up with the vitamin C-infused exfoliating powder to remove dead skin and reveal smoother, brighter skin.
