Wesley Cannon (Bermuda Island, Night of the Tommyknockers) joins John Wells (Arena Wars), Michael Pare (Streets of Fire), Robert LaSardo (The Mule), Tom Proctor (Guardians of the Galaxy), and Vernon Wells (The Road Warrior) with other stars currently in negotiation for the new Mahal Empire/Wicked Monkey Pictures production, Cursed Waters.

SYNOPSIS: After their ship is sunk in a naval battle, a group of pirates flee to a nearby island. However, the island is more than it seems. As they try to evade capture by the navy they soon find that the island is inhabited by a terrifying cult. What other secrets does this island hold? Can the pirates survive? Can they escape?
Wesley Cannon plays Kilgore, a character known to be an expert in the world of explosives and munitions, while being the boss over the ships gun deck. Some would describe Kilgore as an older version of a “Powder Monkey” with years of experience along with numerous battles that have ensued in his journey sailing the high seas.
Other credits include Devil’s Knight, Arena Wars, Bloodthirst (being released by Lionsgate/Blumhouse in Oct 2023), and The Bermuda Triangle Project where he played the Police Captain Joseph Manfreddi alongside his monkey, Obie.
