Whenever we’re in need of premium-looking pieces at a moment’s notice, COS, Mango and ARKET have become our go-tos, especially for the kind of wardrobe staples that continue to look good year-round, and the holy trifecta of the high street are gearing up for a very stylish season ahead.
As the standard of affordable offerings continues to get better and better, COS, Mango and ARKET lead the way with exclusive collections and a lot of instant successes, and this year has been no exception. Although our wardrobes are already filled with COS’ luxury basics, it was a perfectly designed bag that became an overnight sensation, and took over the Who What Wear editor’s group chat–remember the leather crossbody bag? Mango are always on our radar, as well as the A-list’s, and this year we spotted Sienna Miller, Alexa Chung, Katie Holmes and Gigi Hadid in the same coat (and thankfully for us, it’s just been restocked). And of course, to Arket, whose simple Hopsack Blazer was one of the most viewed pieces on the Who What Wear site in the last twelve months, and whenever anyone asks me where to find the perfect tailored jacket, it’s always my first response.
