In the midst of a worldwide tour celebrating her 19-year impact on the cultural zeitgeist, Taylor Swift has entered a whole new era: her collegiate era. On June 26, the singer stepped out for a stroll in New York City while wearing a pleated miniskirt and an oversized button-up shirt. In recent months, Swift’s street style moments have ranged from breezy Ralph Lauren co-ord sets to shredded denim shorts and sandals. She accessorized the look with lugged oxford shoes by Malone Souliers, beige lettuce-trim socks, a Catbird x Phoebe Bridgers “Give You the Moon Charm” necklace, gold jewelry, and red lipstick. She also wore a navy baseball cap that gave the impression she was on her way to her school’s home game.

While Swift isn’t formally associated with any specific college, we could easily see this outfit working during seminars, campus mixers, or as a go-to look for your morning coffee run before class.
