New TV Shows & Movies Being Added

Netflix’s new TV and movie releases on its schedule for August 19-25 2024 include all eight seasons of Fear the Walking Dead and the first season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.

On August 19, Netflix subscribers can tune into the streaming platform to check out all eight seasons of Fear the Walking Dead. The show is set in Los Angeles and follows various characters who try to cope with and survive the zombie apocalypse ravaging the world.

On the same date, subscribers can also check out the first season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. It follows Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), who finds himself in Paris. Throughout the story, he struggles to make sense of how he arrived in Paris, while trying to find his way back home to the United States. Along the way, Dixon meets and allies himself with several people, which ends up altering his original plan.

Also coming out on Netflix this week is the movie Migration.

Migration is an animated movie directed by Benjamin Renner and scripted by Mike White. Both Renner and White contributed to the story. The film follows the migrating Mallard duck family, who go on many sprawling adventures across different places like New York City and Jamaica.
