‘I am happy I made the commitment to work both on my physical and mental health. There was a time when I had to take pictures in lingerie and I didn’t like how it turned out because I wasn’t fit, I had to work them angles or hold my breath to pose. Now that I’ve been doing a lot of self-care and working out again I feel much better, even when there’s not much of a difference for y’all to see,’ Ammika said.
