As you guys know, I didn’t come to the US until I was 22 years old, which means that I sometimes find myself in situations, where people talk about classic (to them) American TV shows that I’ve never even heard of. I then have to explain that that wasn’t on German TV back in the day. Other times, however, Americans are surprised by how well I know Disney’s Recess, Lizzie McGuire, or sitcoms like How I Met Your Mother. That’s why today, I wanna share with you which classic American TV shows were relevant in Germany as well!
