The model was photographed wearing a Vivienne Westwood bustier micro dress with a bow and ruche detailing for her Rhode one-year anniversary dinner. She carried a silver bag and accessorized with a diamond necklace and earrings. Her hair was slicked back in an updo.

This is one of Bieber’s most formal looks of the summer so far, but it isn’t her first time making news in a pink sparkly dress. She also channeled Barbie in a pink Versace dress with a high leg slit in May 2021.
Last month, Bieber spoke to ELLE UK about Rhode, which was just launching in the United Kingdom. She addressed the backlash to celebrity beauty brands, saying, “People are fatigued with celebrity beauty brands. I think sometimes people feel like that particular celebrity isn’t necessarily passionate about the brand they’re launching—I went into Rhode knowing that, and I get it.
“For me, the authenticity behind the brand has to be there. I’m very, very passionate about skincare. I’m very committed to my routine and to maintaining my skin’s health and I feel like I’ve been really transparent with people about that. I never want to gatekeep, I always want to be somebody that can share what they’re using, what they’re into, what works, what doesn’t. My hope was always that if you took me out of the brand, or maybe somebody just didn’t know that it was my brand, that they would just fall in love with the products themselves regardless.”
