The popular sports-action video game Rocket League is celebrating Halloween with its annual Haunted Hallows in-game event, which is live now. I know you don’t usually cover video games like Rocket League, but content themed after iconic horror villains Billy The Puppet, Chucky, Leatherface, and Sam headline this year’s Haunted Hallows event and might be of interest to your readers!
Players are able to earn horror villain content by completing in-game challenges, such as winning 2 Online games in a row to earn Leatherface’s Chainsaw Wheel, and purchase additional scary content in the in-game Item Shop, including John Carpenter’s iconic Halloween Theme as a Player Anthem (a Player Anthem is a song that players can equip to play when they do something big in-game).
