The chart-topping performance comes shortly after Season 3 premiered on June 21, 2026. The new season consists of eight episodes, with new chapters arriving weekly ahead of the season finale on August 9, 2026.

Based on George R. R. Martin’s Fire & Blood, House of the Dragon is set centuries before the events of Game of Thrones. The series chronicles the Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons and follows the growing divide between rival branches of House Targaryen.
