Millie Bobby Brown shared a sweet photo of herself getting affectionate with husband Jake Bongiovi in honor of his 24th birthday.
“My person’s day, today and always,” she captioned a PDA photo of the couple via Instagram on Thursday, May 7, marking his first birthday as a father after Brown, 22, and Bongiovi welcomed their first child in the summer of 2025. “I love you!!!!!!!”
In the photo, the Stranger Things actress and her beau posed in front of a beach sunset while embracing. She rocked a polka top and matching pants while her bob was pulled back into a half-up hairdo, which was secured with a claw clip. Bongiovi, for his part, wrapped his arm around Brown’s lower back and pulled her in tight. He wore a striped polo shirt and khaki shorts.
Her fans were quick to praise the couple in the comments section. “So cute!! 🥹🥹,” one wrote. A second added, “My favourite couple ❤️.” A third fan gushed, “Your love is the best! Happy birthday🎂🫶🏼.”
Brown and Bongiovi sparked romance rumors in June 2021 when they posted together on Instagram. The following November, they went public with their relationship.
The couple took another big step in March 2022 when they hit the red carpet together for the first time at the BAFTA Film Awards.
Brown and Bongiovi announced their engagement in April 2023 via Instagram. “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” Brown captioned a black-and-white pic of Bongiovi hugging her from behind. She held onto his arms while debiting her engagement ring, featuring a cushion-cut diamond set with a halo.
In May 2024, they first tied the knot with a small and intimate ceremony. The couple later held a larger, more formal wedding in Italy.
Brown and Bongiovi expanded their family in August 2025, when they announced that they had adopted a baby. “This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the duo wrote in a joint post. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”

Brown later opened up about motherhood during an interview with British Vogue.
“For me, it’s really important to protect her and her story until she’s old enough to potentially one day share it herself,” Brown explained in November 2025. “It’s not my place to purposefully put her in the spotlight unwillingly. If she chooses to share her personality one day with the world, like I did when I was young, that’s something we’d support. But right now, as she’s so little.”
She also gushed about feeling “endless joy” from her little one, adding, “The smaller things in life are so much more precious. Our days are filled with lots of cuddles and laughter and love.”
