Hello, You. The finale of You season three left our loveable creeper, Joe on the run over the pond. His decision to move in order to lay low is plan that ends up having its fair share of troubles. Firstly, Joe runs into new group of self-obsessed, privileged assholes. Secondly, there is a rival serial killer who knows what Joe is up to and who he is. All in all, season 4 is looking very intriguing.
Whodunits are all the rage right now. Between, Knives Out, Glass Onion, See Them Run, Pale Blue Eye and a few others, the classic formula is popular at the moment. So, You is peppering that formula in nicely. Joe has his work cut out for him in an Agatha Christie-inspired narrative of him having to find out who the killer is within this wealthy group.
All that and of course Joe has a new obsession, against his best efforts. The full picture is looking very nice and doing an interesting job of combining a few new narrative elements in with all the stuff that fans love about the Netflix series.
You season 4 part 1 arrives February 9 with part 2 arriving a month later on March 9.
