Catherine, the Princess of Wales has once again found a high-street gem. In recent years, she has become known for wearing expensive-looking pieces from the high street, and her appearance yesterday was no exception. Whilst visiting a children’s centre in Middlesex on Wednesday, Kate selected a khaki knitted dress from much-loved high-street brand Mango, and it’s only £36. Though, I think it looks significantly more expensive than that.
True to her elegant and put-together style, Kate has a way of spotting premium-looking styles and is always on-trend for the season. Right now, we’re at the crossroads between autumn and winter, where cosy styles like knit dresses are taking centre stage. The best part of this knit-midi ensemble is that it can be paired with any type of boots around. Classic ankle boots are a solid option, while knee-high styles add a fashion-forward edge. I personally love how she made it look all the more premium with the addition of a classic leather belt overtop.
