The house that the team will visit in this episode was featured on top news websites like Zillow and Newsweek. Deemed as a haunted house, this property become an immediate object of interest for Ericka and the team. The episode is thus named ‘Haunted Real Estate: The Uninvited’.

They soon discover something sinister and uninvited lying-in wait.
