Sombr will set out on the “You Are the Reason Tour” beginning next week, his first ever arena tour, which features 39 dates across North America. The tour marks the latest accomplishment in the propulsive career of the up-and-coming pop rock singer-songwriter who only just turned 21 on July 5th.
The tour kicks off July 22nd in Mexico City at the Pepsi Center then heads to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado outside Denver on July 26th. He performs at a host of US, European and Canadian festivals before returning to the “You Are the Reason Tour” on September 29th in Vancouver at Rogers Arena. The US run of the tour includes stops in Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Boston, and many other cities. Sombr brings the “You are the Reason Tour” to a close with November 23rd and 24th concerts in New York at Madison Square Garden.

The tour comes after the top-10 charting release of sombr’s debut album I Barely Know Her in late 2025 and following the release of new songs “Homewrecker” and “My Body Isn’t Ready.” The tour builds on momentum from festival performances, including a standout performance at Coachella 2026.
Sombr, born Shane Michael Boose, broke out in 2025 when his single “Back to Friends” caught fire on TikTok and moved up American and international charts while the follow up song “Undressed” also went viral and snagged high chart positions. The songs, along with “We Never Dated”, and “12 to 12”, propelled the success of I Barely Know Her and set the stage for him to perform at arenas with the “You Are the Reason Tour.”
