Super Troopers has unveiled a hilarious popcorn bucket ahead of the release of its third installment. According to the makers, the bucket will make audiences laugh before the movie even starts.
What does the Super Troopers 3 popcorn bucket look like?
Super Troopers 3 will hit theaters soon, and the promotions for the movie have already started. One of the promotional items is a collectible popcorn bucket for the upcoming film.
This popcorn bucket is themed after the franchise and was officially revealed in a Threads post captioned, “Get ready to laugh your badge off with the Stache Pack Bundle featuring one movie ticket to see SuperTroopers3 on the big screen, plus one collectible popcorn bucket to fuel your movie-night antics.”
The vessel has its own sunglasses, trooper hat, and mustache, and is wrapped in a trooper’s uniform. The Super Troopers-themed collectible concessions vessel is available for preorder within the United States on the Fandango online store for $49.99.
Super Troopers released its first film in 2001, in which five mischievous troopers tried to save their jobs. The second movie was released in 2018, in which the same five troopers were assigned to a highway patrol station on the disputed borders of the U.S. and Canada.
Like the previous installments, the new movie is directed by Jay Chandrasekhar, who also co-wrote the story alongside Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, and Erik Stolhanske. The five will reprise their respective roles as Thorny, Farva, Mac, Foster, and Rabbit in the film.
Super Troopers 3 follows the Vermont state troopers as they navigate Thorny’s cunning schemes to break up the engagement between Farva and Thorny’s sister. The troopers must also team up to crack a new drug ring to save both the wedding and the day.
Other cast members include Brian Cox, Lisa Gilroy, Chace Crawford, Hannah Simone, Nat Faxon, Marisa Coughlan, Iqbal Theba, Ian Lyons, and Andrew Dismukes. The film is produced by Richard Perello, while Chandrasekhar, Heffernan, Lemme, Soter, Stolhanske, and Michael Bowes serve as executive producers.
Super Troopers 3 is slated to release in theaters on August 7, 2026.
