The Game Awards 2022 Nominees Announced, God of War Leads

The 2022 Game Awards are just about a month away and the nominees have finally been revealed. Unsurprisingly, God of War Ragnarök, Elden Ring, and Horizon Forbidden West lead the pack.

God of War Ragnarök has the most entries, 10, while Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West both have seven. Stray and A Plague Tale: Requiem are a little further down with six and five, respectively.

Geoff Keighley, the show’s host and executive producer, ran down the nominees and noted that the orchestra will return on December 8 alongside reveals and “many other surprises.” Voting is also now open on the show’s website.
