Scream Factory’s upcoming Halloween 4K (1995-2002) set contains Halloween Ressurection, Halloween H20 and Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers. It also comes with a heck load of features. The later half of the Halloween franchise began to bring in big ideas like The Cult of Thorn. A guy running around in a black trench coat attempted to give Myers a background that explained away his supernatural abilities but never really finished up the direction it was going.
That’s okay though because we received Halloween H20 instead. This one saw Myers come face to face with Micheal Myers once again in a fight to the death. Plus, H20 really did manage to bring some good acting and an involving narratives. I still hold that Halloween H20 is one of the franchise’s best entries.
