What Is The Old Man Season 2 About?
Season 2 of The Old Man follows former CIA agent Dan Chase (Bridges) and former FBI Assistant Director Harold Harper (Lithgow) as they set off on a mission to recover Emily Chase (Shawkat) after she was kidnapped by powerful Afghan tribal leader Faraz Hamzad (Negahban). With all three men claiming her as their daughter, Emily experiences an identity crisis that has serious implications.
As Chase and Harper fight their way to get to Emily, Hamzad is forced to make choices that could endanger his family and the village he’s led. Meanwhile, Hamzad’s sister, Khadija is concerned about the path her brother has taken and what it will cost them.
As the stakes are raised and more secrets are uncovered, Zoe McDonald (Brenneman) makes surprising moves after having been drawn into a new world by Chase. Meanwhile, Julian Carson (Akinnagbe) is disillusioned by this former role and finds himself at a crossroads. All of this and more is teased in the thrilling trailer, above.
