Alicia Silverstone’s morning routine is the stuff of dreams. She showed her Instagram followers that her mornings in Greece consist of bikinis and best friends, a dream combo.
The 45-year-old actress also revealed her mega-toned legs and washboard abs in a bikini while lounging on a boat. Must be nice.
“This is how we start our mornings in Greece… ,” Silverstone captioned the photo.
And fans were eager to pass along heartfelt compliments: “An ageless beauty (inside and out) with legs that just won’t quit ️ ,” said one, while another commented, “Phenomenal toe point queen. .”
This wasn’t the only pic Silverstone shared of her luxurious vacation. She also shared Instagram posts of beautiful Greek landscapes and her stunning vacation outfits with her followers:
The Clueless star enjoys yoga and dance classes to keep her body moving. She told Bustle that doing these exercises make her “so happy.” She also walks her dogs almost every day. “It’s good to move and be outside in the air,” she said.
When it comes to nutrition, Silverstone sticks to a vegan diet. She said switching to this meal plan made her feel “so grounded and clear,” and that, “it made me really understand and appreciate what food does,” per Bustle.
“When I don’t eat well, I don’t feel well, and then my moods go all over the place,” Silverstone told the New York Times. So, she places a strong focus on her diet and has even written a cookbook, The Kind Diet, and launched the vegan vitamin brand MyKind Organics, according to Bustle.
