Annemarie Wiley’s husband, Marcellus Wiley, has been ordered to surrender his gun amid their divorce and restraining order battle, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to court documents filed on Tuesday, July 7, a judge ruled Marcellus, 51, must hand over the Glock 9mm pistol that Annemarie, 42, claimed he possessed and kept in their master bedroom when she filed for a temporary restraining order against him.
Court records show that the former NFL player must provide proof he surrendered his firearm during the exes’ restraining order hearing set for July 24.
Us reached out to Annemarie and Marcellus’ legal representatives for comment.

This comes one day after Annemarie filed for divorce following 12 years of marriage. She also filed a temporary restraining order against Marcellus, seeking protection for herself and their three children: son Marcellus Jr., 10, and daughters Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6.
The judge granted a no contact order on July 7, ordering Marcellus to stay at least 500 feet away from Annemarie, the kids, their marital home and her place of employment.
As Us previously reported, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum accused her ex of verbal and physical abuse, and alleged he raped her several times during their relationship.
In her request for a domestic violence restraining order, Annemarie claimed that Marcellus “raped me while I was intoxicated” in 2012, adding, “During this same period, he threw a food tray at my head with such force that it dented the wall.”
She also alleged that in January 2026, Marcellus “dragged me out of bed, berated me and hit me on the head. He then raped me, telling me that I was his property and that I had to do what he said. At approximately 3:00 a.m. that same night, Marcellus raped me again.”
Annemarie claimed that Marcellus “exercised financial control” over her and “admitted” to tracking her phone calls.
Their marital issues came to a head when Marcellus was arrested on Saturday, July 4, for his alleged role in a reported altercation with Annemarie during a stay at a Marriott hotel in Florida.
According to her official witness statement, the retired athlete claimed “he was going to kill her” after he had “put his hands on her.”
Annemarie also told police that the morning before his alleged threat, Marcellus “used one finger to sternly and intentionally poke her in the cheek” in front of their oldest daughter.

She claimed Marcellus had an “unreported history of violence” toward her and she planned to divorce him when they got home.
Marcellus denied all the allegations against him when speaking to police at the hotel, but the officers found enough probable cause to arrest him for domestic violence battery.
He later took to social media to address his ex’s claims.
“Over the years, I have compiled videos, photographs, text messages, emails, and other evidence that directly contradicts those baseless claims and provides a factual record of our family and the events leading to this unfortunate divorce,” Marcellus wrote in part on X.
“I never wanted my family’s issues and struggles to become public for any reason, including divorce leverage. But I unfortunately knew this day was inevitable,” he continued. “I was willing to endure anything — even hell itself — if it meant being with my children every single day. I am their hero, and now I am fighting to make sure the positive and real image they know of me is the one that endures.”
