Rihanna showed off her on-point maternity style on a day date with boyfriend A$AP Rocky on Wednesday. The couple was photographed shopping in West Hollywood, making stops at Fred Segal and the store’s Mauro’s Cafe.
The outfit marked one of Rihanna’s girliest looks yet: a pale pink dress with lace detail at the bottom. She accessorized with statement sunglasses, layered necklaces, and white sneakers.

Rocky and Rihanna’s appearance came days after Rihanna sparked rumors she may be engaged to him when she debuted a diamond ring on her left ring finger and wore it multiple times. Paparazzi asked Rihanna about the ring she was wearing again Tuesday night, and she laughed and teased, via The Daily Mail, “This old ring?”
Rocky and Rihanna were first reported to be dating in December 2020, although they were longtime friends before that.
In May last year, Rocky spoke to GQ about how he considers Rihanna to be the love of his life. Dating her versus playing the field is “so much better,” Rocky said. “So much better when you got the One. She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”
He also addressed his feelings about becoming a dad in the same interview. “If that’s in my destiny, absolutely,” he said. “I think I’m already a dad! All these motherfuckers are already my sons—whatchu talkin’ ’bout!” He laughed. “Nah, but like, I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very.” The two shared the news of their first pregnancy together in January.
