Glen Powell subtly supported new flame Michelle Randolph on her latest career milestone and fans were quick to notice.
Powell, 37, was among the 8,000 fans (and counting) that “liked” Randolph’s casting news on Friday, January 9.
“This will be fun 🧚🏼♀️,” Randolph, 28, captioned an Instagram photo of Deadline’s story about her upcoming role in Clashing Through the Snow with The Summer I Turned Pretty star Christopher Briney.
The movie, which Deadline reported on Friday begins filming next month, marks Randolph’s first costarring role in a feature film. She will play the female lead in what’s been described as “Planes, Trains and Automobiles for today’s generation,” per the outlet. (Randolph is currently starring on Landman.)

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Powell “liked” the exciting news alongside Chord Overstreet, who was part of Powell and Randolph’s New Year’s Eve vacation party crew.
The sweet social media support comes two months after Powell was first romantically linked to Randolph in fall 2025.
The Top Gun: Maverick star was spotted dancing with Randolph in Austin, Texas, where he lives — and a few hours from where she films Landman in Fort Worth, Texas — in November 2025 ahead of Thanksgiving.

“It’s very new,” the insider said in early December 2025. “They started seeing where things would go around October and have been trying to keep it under the radar for almost two months now.”
The source noted that the actors are “having fun” but said Powell didn’t want to be “public with anyone or be in a serious relationship right now.”
Although the relationship is still in its infancy, the insider told Us Powell and Randolph had been “spending more time together in the past few weeks” amid their respective filming breaks.

“She’s spent a lot of time in Texas this last year filming [Landman] and has that in common with Glen,” the insider added. “Being from California, Michelle has really grown to love Texas, and they have bonded over it.”
Powell and Randolph’s romance appeared to be heating up at the end of December 2025 when the pair were spotted spending time in Miami, Florida, before heading to St. Barths for the New Year’s Eve holiday weekend with pals including Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Teller, Nina Dobrev and Alix Earle.
“They traveled together and Glen invited her on the trip,” a source exclusively told Us at the time. “It worked out because Michelle also had mutual friends going as well.”
The insider confirmed to Us that Powell and Randolph “are dating” but “keeping things casual and low-key.”
Fans, however, have been freaking out over every couple sighting over the past few weeks, especially a viral photo of the pair cuddling on NYE.
In the snap, which has circulated on social media, Powell wrapped his arms around the 1923 alum, who held a drink in one hand and held on tightly to Powell with the other.
“Glen is very into her and they are having a lot of fun. He thinks she’s so beautiful and is smitten,” the source told Us last month. “They have a lot in common both being in the industry. Michelle is very reserved and Glen brings out a fun side in her.”
