Halloween came early to the city of Panama City Beach, FL. Viral photos show a man in a Michael Myers mask ominously walking one of the town’s empty beaches on September 4.
The man who took the photos, Todd Brandon Easter, told TMX that the man ‘wasn’t bothering anybody.’ He said the unidentified masked individual ‘seemed approachable and was not causing any problems,’ and eventually went on his way after approx 45 minutes.
