Linkin Park have announced a massive 2025 world tour that includes their first extensive North American outing in 10 years. The band will be touring in support of its new album, From Zero, which arrives this Friday (November 15th).
The 2025 tour kicks off with three dates in Mexico in late January and early February, before visiting Japan and Indonesia in mid February. After a previously announced April 12th appearance at the Sick New World festival in Las Vegas, Linkin Park will kick off the first North American leg of the tour on April 26th in Austin, Texas. A UK/European run will take place in June and July, followed by a second North American leg from July 29th in Brooklyn, New York, through September 24th in Seattle. A series of fall dates in South America will close out the tour.
A Live Nation ticket pre-sale for North America starts Wednesday (November 20th) at 10 a.m. local time using the code BEATS, while a general sale begins next Thursday (November 21st) at noon local time via Ticketmaster. Tickets for the UK/European dates will be available next Friday (November 22nd) at 10 a.m. local time.
Among the new dates is a May 17th headlining appearance at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona Beach, which comes a week after the band’s already announced May 10th headlining appearance at the Sonic Temple festival in Columbus, Ohio.
Opening acts on select dates include Spiritbox, AFI, Architects, grandson, Jean Dawson, JPEGMAFIA, and PVRIS. A special September 13th hometown show at Dodger Stadium will include support from Queens of the Stone Age.
Linkin Park returned earlier this year with a revamped lineup featuring new members Emily Armstrong (co-vocals), Colin Brittain (drums), and Alex Feder (touring guitarist). Classic members Mike Shinoda (co-vocals), Joe Hahn (turntables), and Dave “Phoenix” Farrell are also on board, while guitarist Brad Delson recorded the new album with the band, but has opted not to tour.
“Getting back out on the road has been incredible,” said Shinoda. “The fans’ support is overwhelming, and we’re ready to take this energy even further around the world. From Zero is a new chapter for us, and we’re so excited to share it with everyone on a bigger scale.”
Armstrong, who also fronts the band Dead Sara, is essentially filling the shoes of late singer Chester Bennington. Sadly, Bennington took his own life on July 20th, 2017, just a week before Linkin Park were set to kick off a North American tour in support of their album One More Light.
From Zero marks Linkin Park’s first album since One More Light. The LP has already yielded the singles “The Emptiness Machine,” “Heavy Is the Crown,” and “Over Each Other,” with the band unveiling another new song, “Two Faced,” on Wednesday evening (November 13th).
After playing shows in select cities throughout the fall, Linkin Park will wrap up their 2024 touring schedule with a couple of shows in São Paulo, Brazil, this Friday (November 15th) and Saturday (November 16th).
