“My set was filled with surprises; one of which was a second stage setup in the balcony, which had never been done before at Avalon. “LA, we just turned Avalon into Tomorrowland” is what I said when I was DJing from the balcony. The vibe was ecstatic after the stage-switch. What was planned as a 15-minute segment from the balcony turned into 45 because it felt so good! With the second stage and special guests throughout the night, we turned a club show into an epic event, and I’m planning on doing that more!“ – Laidback Luke
Luke’s sold out night at Avalon Hollywood was a nonstop throwdown, with LA’s dance music community showing up in in full force. Contributing to the night were Linney (performing her latest track “Act of God” and her collab with Ookay “Drive Away Slow”), Henry Fong (performing his new collab with Luke, “MAMI”), Ookay (with a B2B with Luke), and RayRay (joining Luke and Ookay for a B2B2B). Be sure to give a listen to Luke and Henry’s “MAMI“, which just dropped today.
