The Shade Room notes that ‘we are saddened to report on the passing of the beloved Traci Braxton.’

TMZ TV noted that ‘Traci was battling cancer for the last year, and unfortunately could not fight anymore. She reportedly passed on Friday, and her husband Kevin Surratt revealed she was privately battling esophageal cancer.’

‘We have come to a time where we must inform the public that after a year of privately undergoing a series of treatment for Esophageal cancer our beloved Traci Braxton has gone on to Glory.’

TMZ reports that her sisters and mother were with her when she passed.
