Officer Tim Wescott and Officer Nick Jones of the Wichita Police Department initiate a traffic stop on a truck when the driver failed to use the turn signal. After further inspection of the truck and the driver, it is revealed that the truck has been stolen from a local dealership. The driver is charged with stealing as well as possession of illegal substances. The officers call up a worker from the car dealership to take the vehicle away.
