Nick Fury has appeared in 12 different MCU movies (including all four previous Avengers films) and his own Disney+ series, Secret Invasion. But Samuel L. Jackson’s name was absent from the endless roll call revealed on YouTube at the start of Doomsday production. He could still show up, of course. (He was left for a post-credits surprise at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, after all.)
