In King Knight, leading a coven of witches is hard, but rewarding work for Thorn and Willow. Together, they appear to have it all as the revered high priest and priestess of a coven of new-age witches. They all dance in the moonlight, celebrate each other’s successes and revel in being outsiders. But this idyllic way of life is thrown into turmoil when Thorn reveals a secret from his past. Richard Bates, Jr.’s latest film is ridiculous, sweet, endearing and absolutely hilarious.

King Knight is so beautifully sincere even at its most bizarre moments. I mean what’s better than a film that takes being the prom king a banishable offense? King Knight is a journey towards self-discovery and what happiness really means. Plus it hits home for those of us who’ve been invited to our high school reunions…

King Knight is a hypnotic and uncommonly endearing Pagan comedy. Sweet, funny, and utterly strange, it’s a trip worth taking.
Matthew Gray Gubler plays Thorn and Angela Sarafyan plays Willow. Andy Milonakis, Kate Comer, Johnny Pemberton, Josh Fadem, Nelson Franklin, Emily Chang, Ronnie Gene Blevins, Swati Kapila, Shane Brady, AnnaLynne McCord, Alice Glass, with Barbara Crampton, and Ray Wise also star in King Knight. Yes, the cast is stacked. And they all really throw themselves into this weird and wonderful world.
