Perfect Soul Supernatural Thriller Movie

Set against a backdrop of religious reverence, the town of Perfect unravels as transgressions are revealed and historical roots take hold and wreak revenge.

S.J. Hermann, President of Acrostar Productions, wrote the novel “Perfect Soul” and has adapted it to film. He is known for well-developed characters and a great story that makes you think while also terrifying you. We need your help to bring this book to life on screen as a supernatural thriller feature film.

Guided by mysterious entities who claim to be her true family, Nikki is shown the haunting secrets of not only the town she holds close to her heart, but also her parents and friends. Discovering that Perfect is a dark and twisted place, her faith is put to the test and sends her spiraling down a path of insanity, from which there may be no escape.

Perfect Soul is filming in 2025 in central Illinois. Release is planned for 2026.
