Super Circus 1954 Restored Classic Television Show

Super Circus aired on Sundays from 1949 to 1956 on ABC. The show is set up like a circus having circus clowns and different acts in “rings” and the host is called a “ringmaster”. This episode has one of those exciting, live, early TV moments! One of the Performers here has a small accident that could have been much worse, but temporarily stops the show, watch to find out what it is!

Kellogg’s is the sponsor in this episode, even showing cereal boxes with the star’s faces on them.

I made another attempt here at restoration, removing defects and enhancing the audio. Some of these classic television shows are in pretty bad shape, but watchable with just a few adjustments.
