13 Celebs Who Supported Trump In 2025, Including Some Who Have Only Just Turned MAGA

A year into the second administration of Donald Trump, we’ve seen US citizens being detained under extreme immigration crackdowns, the longest government shutdown in US history, and an entire wing of the White House get demolished. Some people are into it.

From the long-time fans to the new (at least, publicly), here are some of the celebs who are still riding the Trump train in 2025:

1.

Nicki Minaj, who was previously a critic of Trump’s migrant child separation policies during his first term, has shown a more positive view of the president this year. She’s reposted videos of Trump and Vance that called them “heroes” and “the good guys” and further celebrated the White House’s use of her songs. She then hyped up the White House at a Turning Point USA event with Erika Kirk.

2.

Canadian hockey icon Wayne Gretzky wore a MAGA hat to a private Trump victory party at Mar-A-Lago, and he’s kept up the spirit throughout 2025. He attended the inauguration and has even golfed with the president, who once joked that he would make a good governor for the 51st state of Canada. Wayne himself has downplayed his interest or sway in politics, despite immense Canadian backlash.

3.

Social media personality and boxer Jake Paul attended the inauguration with his brother, Logan, and has shown further support to the president in recent weeks. “America is healing slowly. And I think it’s in a way that people generally don’t understand or can’t comprehend, because Trump is doing things that maybe don’t make sense to a lot of people but in the long run will pay off and, in the long run, return amazing outcomes for the United States,” he told Fox News, claiming that Trump is “doing one of the best jobs in all of the presidents in the history of the United States.”

4.

Mel Gibson was named as one of Trump’s “Special Ambassadors” to Hollywood, notably saying in January, “I’m glad Trump is here. It’s like daddy arrived, and he’s taking his belt off.” In April, it was reported that his gun rights were going to be restored by the Justice Department after a 2011 domestic violence charge.

5.

Another “Special Ambassador” is Jon Voight. Last month, the Beverly Hills resident said of the election of Zohran Mamdani as New York City mayor, “We the people have put our trust in the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. He, and only he, can stop this horror, as this mayor, Mamdani, will try to destroy New York’s wealth and turn it into a socialist crap city.”

6.

The final “Special Ambassador,” Sylvester Stallone, further received a Kennedy Center Honors award from the president just this month. At a dinner honoring the award recipients, the selection process of which Trump was heavily involved with, Trump said of Sylvester’s casting of Rocky Balboa, “They brought in stars, but the stars didn’t have good bodies. They were flabby.”

7.

Despite frontman Gene Simmons flipping between praising Trump and saying that he “got all the cockroaches to rise to the top” over the years, rock band Kiss was also awarded a Kennedy Center Honor. Former drummer Peter Criss added, “I feel so blessed. This is the greatest honor of our career.” Earlier this month, Gene went on to praise Trump’s White House ballroom plans.

8.

After supporting Trump in 2024, Amber Rose doubled down in an interview with Maxim published shortly after the inauguration. “During the election, I was ‘canceled,'” she said. “Now? All the naysayers are quiet. They see he’s already changing our country for the better.”

9.

Carrie Underwood surprised some by performing “America the Beautiful” at Trump’s inauguration (for context, it was traditionally performed by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square at his first inauguration). “I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the Inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event,” Carrie said in a statement. “I am humbled to answer the call at a time when we must all come together in the spirit of unity and looking to the future.”

10.

Billy Ray Cyrus gave a chaotic performance at an inauguration celebration, evoking concern from his family members. He said of his performance, “I wouldn’t have missed the honor of playing this event whether my microphone, guitar and monitors worked or not. I was there because President Donald J. Trump invited me.”

11.

Kid Rock has stayed true in his devotion to Trump, joining the president as he signed an executive order on ticket scalpers in March. When the singer opened a “MAGA-friendly” restaurant in June, the president said, “Congratulations to my friend, Kid Rock (I call him Bob!).” Kid Rock replied, “Thank you, Mr. President. Keep kickin’ ass for America, sir!”

12.

Despite Trump apparently once saying that he hated him, Rob Schneider has been a vocal MAGA fan for some years now. However, he did recently criticize Trump over his reaction to Rob Reiner’s death, saying, “I think the president yesterday, he must rise above it, and he seems incapable of rising above the situation and being the president of all of us.”

13.

Finally, after confirming himself as a Trump fan in 2023, Kelsey Grammer praised the president a whole bunch this year. “I think he’s extraordinary,” he told Fox. “He’s one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had. Maybe the greatest. There are some things he still wants to get done, and I think that’s terrific, but there was a big hill to climb.”
