American actor and director Sean Penn and his charity CORE will provide assistance to Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Sean Penn signed an agreement with the mayor of Krakow to help the Polish city cope with the ongoing influx of refugees from Ukraine.
The actor praised the Polish people, government, and local authorities for their hospitality to the more than two million refugees from Ukraine who crossed the border into Poland after the Russian invasion.
