Tatum Thompson finally made his debut on dad Tristan Thompson’s Instagram account this week, and some fans have a lot of thoughts about it…

To celebrate his and ex Khloé Kardashian‘s son’s first birthday on Friday, the 32-year-old basketball player shared their first father-son pictures on the ‘gram. Tristan could be seen sporting a massive grin on his face while holding Tatum. They both are wearing sunglasses. Another image showed the pair looking at each other as the tiny tot touches his father’s face. The NBA star expressed in the caption:

“Tatum!! Happy birthday my son! You are a reminder of what life represents to me. You have taught me every loss comes a lesson and you are my gift. You are my reminder of all of God’s messages. You are the reason that I began my story. The mistakes along the way are lessons not failures. There is no expiration date to reinventing yourself. Tatum your sweet soul reminds me of God’s grace. You are a future king my son and I am so blessed to be your DaDa!”

This seems like nothing more than a sweet birthday tribute, right? Well, some social media users are cringing at the post right now! Why? Because even though Tristan admitted to being the father of his 19-month-old son Theo with Maralee Nichols following a paternity suit, he has never acknowledged their kid on his platforms. He’s shared pictures with True Thompson, Prince Thompson, and now with Tatum. But he has never even posted anything about Theo online. And fans didn’t hesitate to call him out for it in the comments section of the tribute! His followers wrote:

“Dude are you really not gonna acknowledge your other baby??? Talking about gods grace and, and life lessons?? How can someone that cringe even exist oh my my my this is just hard to watch”

“Lol. Is your other kid you had at the same time gonna receive this public display of appreciation guy?”

“You should love and praise ALL your children equally. That’s what real dads do”

“How about your other future king? Didn’t make the cut?”
