Unlike shoes, handbags, and jewelry, I’m content with my activewear being considered basic. It’s a category I think benefits from the “less is more” approach. Instead of trendy silhouettes and IG-worthy designs, I look for practical colors that hide sweat stains and technical fabrics that keep me cool. That said, basic doesn’t have to mean boring, and I welcome subtle updates that maintain a garment’s utility with just a hint of extra flair. That’s where Gisele Bündchen comes in.
