Nilüfer Yanya has shared another new song from her forthcoming album Painless. It’s called “AnotherLife.” In the video, directed by Yanya’s sister Molly Daniel, she sets sail for a tropical retreat in Sri Lanka. “At the core of the song it’s just about being OK with things and accepting that this is where you are at,” Yanya said in a press release. “However, the ‘I’ll do anything’ line hints at a desperation of wanting to let that be known.” Watch the video below.
Painless is out March 4 via ATO. It features the previously released singles “Midnight Sun” and “Stabilise.” She’s set to begin a 2022 tour next month.
