Movies Jockey sometimes uses movie clips, TV series clips, web series clips, and animation series clips to explain the movie and web series, but all under section 107 of the copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for FAIR USE for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. In its most general sense, fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody. All images, pictures, and music used in the video belong to the respected owners.
These videos are transformative in a positive sense, I take clips from various sources to help create an atmospheric feeling that will help people in understanding my point more clearly. I do not wish to use the heart of any piece of the work that would perhaps decrease the market value of the original content, if anything I hope to promote the content so that people can reach out and subsequently increase the market value.
